--- Comment #7 from Danis <[email protected]> --- I believe it has the same root cause as bug 524503: Calc offers an image/png representation of the selection and renders it on request. The only difference is the scale: here it is a range of 113,000 rows, which turns into a ~1.9 million px tall image, so the freeze lasts ~1 minute and also affects CopyQ, not only Klipper. Option 1 (Calc not offering PNG for cell ranges) would fix both.
