ASUS laptop: AMD HawkPoint iGPU (amdgpu, DCN 3.1.4) renders and drives the internal eDP panel. NVIDIA RTX 5060 Mobile (nvidia-open 615.78.08) drives 2 external monitors (HDMI + DP). On KWin 6.8.1 the corruption appears on the **NVIDIA-driven external monitors**. Typing in one window makes the panel and other, unchanged windows flicker and corrupt, and switching windows corrupts the top of the screen. I didn't notice it on the internal panel, but didn't test that thoroughly. - Same on kernels 7.1.4 and 7.2.11, with Mesa 26.2.4 and 26.2.5. - `KWIN_USE_OVERLAYS=0`: no change. - `KWIN_DRM_NO_AMS=1`: fixes the corruption, but window dragging on the external monitors drops to about 5 fps. - Downgrading the Plasma stack to 6.7.5 fixes it completely. - Not tested yet: `KWIN_DISABLE_VULKAN=1` or `KWIN_ALLOW_VULKAN_MGPU_COPIES=1` on 6.8.1. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
