Figure that ilustrate the problem

DESCRIPTION
When creating a sequence diagram that includes a nested call (see Figure A in
attachment), clicking on the top of the enclosing lifeline box (see Figure B)
causes the enclosing box to overlap the nested one.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a sequence diagram with a nested call into a lifeline box (see figure
A)
2. Click on the top of the enclosing lifeline box

OBSERVED RESULT
The enclosing box overlaps the nested one.

EXPECTED RESULT
The enclosing lifeline box should not overlap the nested lifeline box.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: KDE neon User Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The arrow representing the nested call is displayed as an asynchronous message
arrow. However, it should be displayed as a synchronous message arrow, with a
filled arrowhead.
