QQC2 styled tooltips instead of Oxygen Plasma styled
I'm forwarding a report from an OpenSUSE Oxygen user who noticed that some
tooltips on the desktop are no longer styled by the Oxygen Plasma theme.
It seems the tooltips affected are the attached ones. We had issues with them
before in the sense that they don't follow Plasma styling without a workaround:

But apparently this workaround stopped working with 6.12, since I have 6.11.2
here and they work for me, and since the OpenSUSE user noticed that the change
coincided with the Qt update.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to Qt 6.12
2. Use a Plasma theme that differs from the QQC2 style, like Oxygen
2. Hover over a grid item in Kickoff
OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltip styled by the QQC2 style.
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltip styled by the Plasma theme.
