DESCRIPTION
The startup screen (which lets the user open recent projects or start new from
profile) does not appear on the taskbar, nor in Alt+Tab.
This means that if the user switches to another window, they cannot switch
back. In fact, they have no indication that it’s even running. The only way to
see it or get it back is to minimize everything else, which is not intuitive.
