The open Kde applications are not saved in the desktop over reboot.
The last open Kde application windows are not restored at login.

Since the change of the graphics platform on this computer from X11 to Wayland,
unfortunately, the open Kde applications and their windows are not restored at
login.

The Kde Plasma desktop places at login (sometimes some few) previously open app
windows only on the displayed active Kde Virtual Desktop screen; instead of
restoring all minimized and open application windows on all configured Kde
virtual desktops.

Before this problem:
Installed the latest software updates with zypper dup.
Rebooted the computer (via a Kde keyboard shortcut for the Kde Session
Management "Show Logout Screen" and clicking on the "Restart" icon there).
Login into Kde Plasma desktop.

Reproduce the problem with:
Zypper software distribution upgrade to this Opensuse.
Open some Kde desktop applications on different Kde Virtual Desktops.
Reboot and login into the Kde Plasma desktop.

Other information:
The Kde desktop is configured to have 4 Kde Desktop Activities, with 5 Kde
Virtual Desktops (each).
The desktop is configured to reopen the last open application windows at login.
The Kde automatic user login is configured OFF (Login Screen SDDM Behavior).
The Plasma desktop has the Icons-and-Text Task Manager configured.

Normally, there are about 36 Dolphin application instances open on the desktop
at logout time. They are correctly grouped in the Kde Plasma Icons-and-Text
Task Manager in the single Dolphin application item in the Plasma Panel.
There usually are also a number of other Kde application windows active and
existing on the Kde Virtual Desktops, like several Kde Konsole and Mozilla
Firefox windows.

Only a single Kde Konsole window is restored, and with incomplete window
settings; like not displayed on all the Kde Virtual Desktops of this Kde
Desktop Activity.

The Kde application windows on the desktop appear to generally not save their
window positions and don't open on last used positions when the application is
newly opened.

Bye
