STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Default Strength is 25
2. Choose 100
3. Click OK
4. Reopen
5. Choose 5
6. Click ok
OBSERVED RESULT
When reopening the dialog, the Strength value is still 25.
EXPECTED RESULT
An explanation of the possible range or even better a simple slider.
