DESCRIPTION
When deleting a file or folder, a system notification pops up in the
bottom-right corner indicating that the item is being moved to the Trash.
Clicking on the "Trash" link inside this notification brings up the "Open With
/ Choose Application" dialog instead of directly opening the Trash in the
default file manager (Dolphin).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Delete any file or folder to trigger the "Moving to Trash" / "Moved to
Trash" system notification.
2. Click on the "Trash" link directly inside the notification popup.
OBSERVED RESULT
An "Open With" (application chooser) dialog appears, asking which application
to use to open the link.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Trash location (`trash:/`) should open directly in Dolphin without
prompting to select an application.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- System Locale: tr_TR.UTF-8
- Dolphin is already properly set as the default File Manager under System
Settings > Default Applications > File Manager.
- Opening the Trash via the desktop/panel widget or directly from Dolphin's
left sidebar works as expected; the issue specifically affects the clickable
link inside the Plasma notification.
- Additionally, searching for "default" (or its Turkish localization
"varsayılan") in the Application Launcher does not surface the "Default
Applications" KCM page.
