DESCRIPTION
When on mobile, the toolbar that appears on certain annotation tools do not
display its contents properly. They are clipped on the edge of the screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Koko on a mobile or resize it to the size of a phone screen
2. Open edit
3. Click on an annotation tool like number
OBSERVED RESULT
Its contents will be clipped
EXPECTED RESULT
The bar should be scrollable to allow for the user to see all the options the
tool offers.
