First of all, I love KDE and I wish I could contribute though I am still a
beginner in C
and C++
DESCRIPTION
The clang tidy crashes when trying to edit checks in Kdevelop on windows
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kdevelop on windows and go to Configure Kdevelop
2. Go to clang tidy and scroll the mouse to the checks side
3. The app hangs and then crashes even though I have a working clang tidy
application
4. Even when trying to analyze with clang tidy, It says "fails to start
process"
OBSERVED RESULT
The app crashes when trying to edit the checks
EXPECTED RESULT
I think the app ought to be working for the checks to work

I used the windows installer of 25.12 build
Since the recent builds had issues with some dlls
