To expand on this, I was able to reproduce the issue with all colorspaces with the exceptions of RGB and Grayscale, which both worked as expected. I'd also like to note that as I increase the canvas size, it starts to be able to export correctly, with some in-between canvas sizes where it will only partially export the vector layer.
