--- Comment #5 from jajaX <[email protected]> --- (In reply to John Kizer from comment #4) > Does the issue reproduce using the proprietary NVIDIA drivers? Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I cannot test with the proprietary NVIDIA driver on this hardware. Both affected laptops use an NVIDIA GeForce GF108M (Fermi generation), which is no longer supported by current proprietary NVIDIA drivers. The last compatible proprietary driver branch was NVIDIA 390.xx, which is obsolete and not compatible with my current software environment (Linux kernel 7.0, KDE Plasma 6.8.2, Wayland). Both laptops are therefore using the open-source nouveau driver. Importantly, HDMI output worked correctly under Wayland with nouveau before the upgrade to Plasma 6.8.0. The regression appeared with Plasma 6.8.0 and persists in Plasma 6.8.2. I can perform additional tests with nouveau or specific KWin settings if that would help narrow down the issue. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
