Thanks for the reply. Here are the information requested.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: CachyOS [Arch based]
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0
Qt Version: 6.12.0
Mouse: Razer Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed [2.4GHz & Bluetooth mode]
GPU: Nvidia 3060Ti
Monitor: 144Hz & 60Hz

The pointer movement stutters so much such that it is not in sync with the
monitor's frame rate. Unfortunately, I don't have any tools to document it.

When measuring using libinput, I'm getting proper '1ms' with the WiFi mode and
around '6-9ms' with bluetooth. So the issue is not with libinput.

The issue is where Plasma renders the pointer on the screen when the mouse is
moved.

As I mentioned in the first report, there is no issue with Niri/Hyprland WM's.
The issue is only with KDE Plasma.

The stutter is clearly visible to the eyes when you drag the cursor
with/without mouse acceleration by changing its setting, especially in
Bluetooth mode.

I can provide a video if that's what you need. Its like the saying that the
human eye can't see beyond 60fps but it can.

Thanks.
