DESCRIPTION
Brightness up and down buttons do not work on the Framework Laptop 13's
keyboard inside of KDE Plasma's desktop and are unable to be bound to any
shortcut.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to a Plasma Wayland session on a Framework Laptop 13 (AMD Ryzen 7040
Series) running NixOS.
2. Press the brightness-up or brightness-down key (F8 / F7 with Fn lock off).
3. Notice that brightness has not changed.
OBSERVED RESULT
Screen brightness was not changed, no OSD appears and the key can not be
captured by the shortcut recorder.
EXPECTED RESULT
The brightness changes and the Plasma brightness OSD appears, and the key can
be captured by the shortcut recorder.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Brightness works though other routes (brightnessctl set 50%) and the keys work
in the cinnamon desktop env. The brightness slider in the system tray works as
expected. All other media keys work as expected. I was able to reproduce the
results with a fresh install in addition to my current install.
