I am using Kate 16.12.2. When I use "Save copy" function in File menu, it saves
the document with 600 permission and applications like Apache web server cannot
read it. The original file's permission is 644.
The expected behavior should be using same file permission to make a copy. If
the original file, most likely, uses 644, the copied file should also use 644.
