Hi,

although using kde-plasma 5.8.6 (Debian 9), this bug occured here within the
last 2 weeks:

- All wifi-keys are stored in kwallet
- trying to connect won't bring up the kwallet password dialog
- there's a dialog to enter the wifi-key instead
- there's an error message of plasma-nm:

plasma-nm: bool SecretAgent::processGetSecrets(SecretsRequest&) const Waiting
for the wallet to open

- creating a new connection, the password is not stored in kwallet and there's
a similar message:

plasma-nm: bool SecretAgent::processGetSecrets(SecretsRequest&) const Waiting
for the wallet to open

Filed a bug to the debian-bug-team too (863971).
