In KHelpcenter 5.7.1 / Frameworks 5.34.0 / Qt 5.6.1 / Kubuntu 16.10 and master
build from sources and neon fit unstable I can delete bookmark entries
selecting "Delete Bookmark" in the context menu (right mouse button click) of
an entry.
Doesn't this works for you as well?
