Device - Android phone.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Plug in phone.
2. Open phone device storage folder (i.e. 'SD card') in Dolphin.
3. Press F5 button and don't wait for refreshing/loading of SD card folder -
immediately press 'F5' button again.
4. Take a look at 'The process for the mtp protocol died unexpectedly.' error
message below location bar.
