When painting, there's a rare bug, that will cause to certain brush setting get
stuck on all the brushes. It means if I change that one setting on a brush, it
will apply for every brush and reload button won't work for it. This setting
can be rotation, texture, brush tip or other that can be changed in the brush
editor. Only way to revert it is restarting program.
How to reproduce: I don't know what exactly causes this bug, it seems to be
random. To try to reproduce this bug, work with brushes, use multiple brushes
and change their settings often. Have "Temporary save tweaks to presets"
setting turned on.
