kile myfile.tex
no longer works as Kile tries to make the filename into a URL.
kile ./myfile.tex
freezes the application, requiring it to be killed completely.
I thought this might be bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=379256, but
that bug concerns Konqueror rather than Kile.
