Still reproduces in 5.11.4. Launcher icons do resize to a certain point, but
then they reach a maximum size and don't get any bigger. I thought that maybe
the maximum size was controlled by the Icons KCM, but none of those settings
had any effect the way they do for the the kickoff icon, for instance.
