In krita 4.0.0 the UI is always displayed in English. Translations are
correctly installed in /usr/share/locale/*/LC_MESSAGES/krita.mo, running krita
from the command line shows "Setting Krita's language to: QLocale(Spanish,
Latin, Spain)
", but all the strings are in English. Tested with es_ES and fr_FR locales.
