The IPTC fields:
Location
Sub-Location
Province/State
Country
Should all be editable fields for each individual photo. The IPTC spec lists
these fields as descriptive for the subject matter. As such, they should not be
included in Metadata Templates. These fields should be editable in the right
panel->Captions->Description. Where you can already edit: Titles, Captions and
Keywords for each photo.
