"journalctl -f" when configure the screen

When I configure the screen using kscreen or xrandr, the compositor will fail
and got notifiaction "Desktop effects have been suspended by another
application. You can resume using the 'Alt+Shift+F12' shortcut. "
It also happen in kscreen-5.13.1 and libkscreen-5.13.1.
I downgrade to kscreen-5.13.0 and libkscreen-5.13.0, it doesn't happen again.
