This is how a jpeg appears: please, note the epty white areas in the middle o
the most underexposed areas of the foto

When opened with Showfoto, jpeg images are white in the most underexposed
areas, which are supposed to be pure black and without any detail. The images
appear correctly in the sidebar, though. If the image is inverted, these white
areas remain white rather than turning to black.
Digikam doesn't allow browsing among folders (location) other than wallpapers.
Also, it does'show among applications available to open jpeg files, although it
has been installed.
