STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. configure kopete to start as "online"
2. exit kopete
3. kopete does not log in to messenger accounts
OBSERVED RESULT
kopete stays offline
EXPECTED RESULT
kopete shoul,d automaticly go online at start up if configured to do so
