SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. configure kopete to use small toolbar icons without text, and hide the menu
bar
2. quit kopete
3. start kopete again
OBSERVED RESULT
kopete starts with default toolbar size, toolbar text, and the menu showing
EXPECTED RESULT
kopete should restore the previous settings (small toolbar icons without text,
menu hidden)
