STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set fractional display scale in system settings > display and monitor >
scale display
2. restart plasma session
3. open network kcm
OBSERVED RESULT
The border of the search field looks strange (compare with "Connection name"
field), default text has bad font rendering and it's vertically misplaced.
