My display scale factor is 1.2.
As we can see in my screenshot, the first few letters of the name of some icons
are cut off.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set fractional display scale factor in system settings > display and monitor
> scale display
2. restart plasma
3. open dolphin, right click some folder, select "Properties", click the folder
icon
OBSERVED RESULT
the first few letters of the name of some icons are cut off
EXPECTED RESULT
the first few letters of the name of the icons are visible.
