SUMMARY
When using the Breeze-dark theme, the background in the settings application
looks corrupted (see photo)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set theme to Breeze-darl
2. Open Settings
3. Stare at it in disgust
OBSERVED RESULT
The background in system settings shows a glitchy pattern
EXPECTED RESULT
The background in system settings should not show a glitchy pattern.

KDE Plasma: 5.14.2 and earlier
