First icon always missing until chosen for first time
[STEPS TO REPRODUCE]
1. Open the application launcher
2. Move cursor to the position of the first icon (which is missing)
[OBSERVED RESULT]
1. Look at the first icon -> Screenshot_1.png
2. The first icon appears (and stays there until the next session) ->

the first icon is always there (like in Screenshot_2.png)
