The application doesn't react at all on the button press. From the screenshot
it's a CSD window, so it needs to trigger window move. From debug output this
seems to be a Qt application. Iirc Qt has internal API for triggering window
move, but it is not implemented in Wayland. Also obviously applications should
not use internal API.
If it is truly a Qt application you can force it to X11 to circumvent the
problem.
