STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn off internet connection.
2. RMB click on Discover tray icon.
3. Select 'Refresh' option.
EXPECTED RESULT
Instant appearance of relevant error message about offline status - same when
clicking 'Check for Updates' button on updates page.
