SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Spectacle on KDE Ubuntu-Server 18.04
2. Install Dropbox plugin for filemanager (common for GNOME and KDE)
3. Install kipi-plugins
4. Try to export image to your dropbox folder using kipi-plugins in spectacle
OBSERVED RESULT
Auth window doesn't appear, however I see the reasonable message that it
authentication to dropbox is required
EXPECTED RESULT
I was able to export image from spectacle to dropbox using kpi-plugins
