STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a text chat
2. Chat enough that the view becomes scrollable
3. Make sure the view is scrolled to the bottom
4. Send or receive a message
OBSERVED RESULT
The new message is hidden, because the view did not scroll to the bottom
automatically.
EXPECTED RESULT
The view should scroll to the bottom automatically.
