This occurs at random, sometimes it will just happen within minutes of using
KDE, other times it can take hours, and sometimes it doesn't happen at all. I
do not know what triggers it but the menu text becomes unreadable (it looks
like a mixture of font size going to 2 and some blurring but I'm not really
sure what's happening).
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Leave KDE running whilst using PC and sometimes it happens, sometimes it
doesn't
Actual Results:
Menu text becomes unreadable
Expected Results:
Menu text should not change
