Layout without pager
SUMMARY
Attempting to add a virtual desktop pager to a dock does not appear to have any
effect, other than in the configuration file. If I keep trying to add a pager,
the configuration file gains more entries.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click dock, Add Widgets
2. Drag pager to dock
OBSERVED RESULT
No pager is added to the UI, though it is added in the configuration file.
EXPECTED RESULT
Pager visible on dock
