Application Launcher opacity glitch on resize demonstration
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add "Application Launcher" widget
2. Open "Application Launcher" panel (by clicking or via shortcut)
3. Resize it via Alt+RMB to be bigger
OBSERVED RESULT
Some parts of the newly resized window stay transparent.
EXPECTED RESULT
Widget's window has the same overall opacity.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 18.04

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Alt+RMB method of window resizing is not advertized enough. Found out about it
just before I was going to report a duplicate of ticket
