SUMMARY
kde-spectacle (a screen snapshot program) white-screens, requiring rebooting
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Linux Mint 19.1 64bit on Acer Aspire V5 laptop 8GB memory
2. Install kde-spectacle (replacement for ksnapshot) via synaptic
3. Screen capture of rectangular zone (and maybe any screen capture)
OBSERVED RESULT
White screen, halting system
EXPECTED RESULT
A screen image capture

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please bring back ksnapshot into synaptic menu which worked just fine.
PS: If someone is submitting a bug, why make them create an account, you
probably lose 90% of the bug reporting because people are in a hurry and don't
have time to create new accounts!
