SUMMARY
When attempting to change the look and feel of KDE, the System Settings
application crashes when both trying to open 'Looks and Feels' from the left
hand tab or the Frequently Used Tab
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Click 'Looks and Feels' under 'Frequently used:'
3. Crash
OBSERVED RESULT
Application exits and a Debug Report is shown

The ability to change the look/feel of KDE neon
