This shows the missing characters
This bug has been found on Windows. I do not know if it exists on different
platforms.
I attached a screenshot of the bug. On the left we can see SumatraPDF printing
characters properly and on the right is okular printing random characters.
I used the following version of okular:
https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Okular_Nightly_win64/36/
