SUMMARY
Tool does not work for me in the slightest, it has the text selection box thing
when you drag it but the editing box no longer pops up nor does the generic
latin text.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select tool
2. click and drag on canvas
3. nothing happens
OBSERVED RESULT
literally, nothing that's supposed to happen, happens. theres the dashed box
and nothing else.
EXPECTED RESULT
Text edit box should pop up and generic latin text should be displayed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I restarted Krita and my computer I also installed the newest version to see if
it had been fixed.
