Clipboard sharing does not work between Plasma-wayland and Android
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup kdeconnect on android and plasma-wayland
2. connect phone and PC
3. copy text to clipboard
4. paste contents of clipboard on other device
OBSERVED RESULT
the clipboard is not shared/not updated by the other device
EXPECTED RESULT
clipboard should be shared/updated by the other device

- The remote Keyboard (using PC keyboard for Input on Android) works
- Pinging Phone works
- Browsing phone files on PC works
- Remote input (use Android phone as mouse input for PC) works
- send file (from Android to PC) works
