We'll need a bit more information than this. Did it happen before, is it new
behaviour?
Could you go to settings->configure Krita->performance->advanced and toggle
'Debug Logging of OpenGL framerate' as well as 'Debug logging of brush
rendering speed', and then make a recording where you reproduce this issue?
Maybe these two debug outputs can give some hard numbers to the problem...
