SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch a game (in my case it was dota2)
2. set it to desktop-friendly full-screen if it isn't
3. minimize it
4. panel is now messed up!!!
OBSERVED RESULT
panel shows inaccurate window list and widgets get freezed
