Furthermore, obviously while Dolphin restores files from Trash the notification says "Moving", not "Deleting" as we can see in my screenshot. My screenshot shows the progress bar that sometimes appears when I delete permanently (shift+del) a folder containing many files and sub-folders (a folder containing the source code of kwin with 1,435 files and 268 sub-folders, for example). Such notification is inconsistent because it never appears when I delete permanently thousands of jpg files or a single big (6.7 GiB) file, for example.
