My bluetooth speaker runs on battery and has its own volume knob. It is
possible to control its volume directly through Bluez (dbus-send --print-reply
--system --dest=org.bluez /org/bluez/hci0/dev_00_42_79_DC_D5_xx
org.bluez.MediaControl1.VolumeDown). My android phone and smart TV can also
adjust its volume.
It would be nice if the volume applet controlled the volume of the speaker
itself instead of a virtual soundcard or whatever it does now.
