It is unusable..
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install it from https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/kdenlive-19.12.0.exe
in a folder that is not Program Files and run it
OBSERVED RESULT
The attached image.
At least I can tell that the menu is there, invisible, but there.
