STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > account details > user manager
2. click on your current avatar, click on "Clear avatar" (your avatar is
replaced with the default avatar)
3. click on "Apply" button
OBSERVED RESULT
your avatar replaced with the default avatar after the step 2 is back
EXPECTED RESULT
"Clear avatar" feature works
