SUMMARY
I'd like to suggest, that the window-specific rules shall support to store the
invert-effect.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable invert effect + assign shortcut to apply to current window
2. open a light/white window
3. press the shortcut -> window is inverted/black
4. close & reopen the window -> window is light/white again
5. open window-specific settings -> no option applies to invert-effect
OBSERVED RESULT
Geometry and various settings can be restored, but not invert-status
EXPECTED RESULT
Allow to mark windows as "always-invert"
